What is CreoleMagik

Thursday, November 3rd, 2011

Creolemagik is a philosophy (philo-sophia) that is rooted in the Alchemical Tradition and, thus, involves the Socratic care of the psycho-spiritual self-consciousness through esoteric magik. Creolemagik is not a religion. Creolemagik is a fusion of transpersonal psychology, ancient wisdom and self-help tools one can use while on their own journey of internal spiritual alchemy. Creolemagik emphasizes focusing in on the Whole person: mind, body, and spirit. The guidance reinforces that one must take time to nurture their own Spirit, foremost. The reason being,  Spirit is so important because it is the inner sense of enlightenment that guides us in our own will and direction in life. For example, when one meets another with a strong Spirit there is an exhilaration and strength that emulates from their eyes. Truly, a peaceful Spirit sends out an energy that eases other individuals, and allows one to deeply connect with them. And, this same energy will allow one to connect with their own higher purpose. Incidentally, the philosophy and or teachings of Creolemagik correspond to the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and ether  to center oneself. Furthermore, by using meditation, visualization, and psyche development, one can begin to heal from any self-limiting thought vibrations in their collective unconsciousness.

Magikal Blessings,

 Creolemoon

I go further into the philosophy of Creolemagik in my upcoming book…

The Spiritual Introspection of Fall…

Wednesday, September 21st, 2011

The autumnal equinox occurs whenever the sun crosses the equator on its journey southward. Therefore we have a day as well as a night which are of equal duration. Consequently, on this date the sun enters the sign of Libra. Aha, yes, the feast of the archangel Michael.

Mythically, this is actually the day when the God of Illumination is defeated by his twin and alter ego, the God of Darkness. It happens to be the time of the year when night conquers day.

Likewise, we share in this universal rhythm of rebirth and reincarnation when we acknowledge the waning power of the Sun. This is actually a time of going within ourselves and making preparations for our particular survival, psycho-spiritually and physically, while in the winter months; the moment for introspection and deep thought.

The Equinox is really a potent time to meditate, set intentions, invoke our guides and gather together to receive infusions of wisdom and enlightenment. Opportunities… because we create a passage originating from a lower degree of consciousness and resourceful power into a higher one. The stronger the light, the better visible our shadow becomes along with the greater the potential for positive self-transformation.

The Equinox is your precise balance point where day and night (light and dark) are exactly equal {and as well as in perfect balance. Incidentally, this is the reason the Equinox is such an important sacred day in a great number of world’s “spiritual” traditions. The reason being, it happens to be the perfect occasion to set new intentions and apply yourself to a positive shift toward greater love and release self-limiting fears.

In Love and Light,

The Lush life of Summer Solstice

Tuesday, June 21st, 2011

June is the time for decision-making, taking responsibility for present happenings, working on personal inconsistencies, and for strengthening and rewarding yourself for your POSITIVE traits. The energy is in FULL, but restive, flow, the Earth tides are turning making this a good time for protection, strengthening, and prevention spells.

The Sun moves into Cancer…one of the three spirit nights of the year, when the veils are thinnest between the worlds. This is an intense and compelling Sabbat, as the forces of the union of god-dess achieve their zenith.

The Summer Solstice is a time to feel FREE. It is a time to eliminate unwanted elements from your life. It is a time to be FILLED with appreciation. After tonight the Sun grows weaker and weaker until he is Reborn in Winter Solstice…but for now…Summer reaches its height and the Sun shines the longest…this is a time of purifying, of cutting through obstacles and drawing on the dynamic power of your inner FORCE to manifest your own POWER. Transform yourself in show of the appreciation for the richness and sweetness of life! Give thanks for that which has grown within you since the last Sabbat.

This is a time to celebrate growth and life…
